Quality Assurance

Primary Responsibilities

As a member of the Quality Assurance Team, the QA Reviewer provides an independent review of ongoing clinical study procedures, study records and study reports to assure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines, North Cliff Consultants Standard Operating Procedures, and study protocols.

Responsibilities

• Monitor study in progress
• Review study records and reports for compliance following completion of study
• Keep written record of monitor observations, and study record review findings
• Communicate findings to Clinical Study Coordinator, Report Writer and Managemen
• Assist with annual review of Clinical SOPs
• Willing to continue education in regulatory requirements

Qualifications

• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Good Understanding of Good Clinical Practices guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Independent worker
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in QA work
• Research/science related work experience
• Hourly, annual bonus eligible

Study Technician – Part-Time

Provides professional interactions with consumers, to collect accurate data and feedback for our clients by following a protocol with great attention to detail.The ability and comfort to work both independently and within a team to ensure the study is performed as described in the protocol or study write-up.

The ability to quickly learn tasks associated with a study and to perform them during the course of the study with a high degree of accuracy, focus and attention to detail. A willingness to learn a variety of tasks, and the flexibility to perform different tasks on different days.The ability to interact with both clients and panelists, in a professional and friendly manner.Hourly, annual bonus eligible
