MANAGER OF RECRUITING CALL CENTER

Overview

The Manager of the Recruiting Call Center is responsible for ensuring that all studies reach their recruitment requirement. This includes management of all operations of the Recruiting Department, including designing recruiting strategies, managing the recruiting staff, maintaining and expanding the panelist database, and selection and interaction with appropriate advertising agencies.

Duties

Manages staff of 12 recruiters.

Consults with internal customers to develop specific panel composition to comply with protocol requirements and Good Clinical Practices.

Devise strategies for recruitment including the use of proprietary database, direct mail, media, social networks and other non-traditional methods.

Compiles, reviews and analyzes budget and screening requirements and makes decisions and recommendations for optimum project outcomes and profitability.

Qualifications

Prior call center management experience.

Demonstrated competencies in project management, problem solving, leadership and motivation.

Knowledge of SQL/database functionality is required.

Comfortable in high detail/high output environments.

Excellent communication skills.

MANAGER OF SENSORY STUDIES

OVERVIEW

The Manager of Sensory Studies is responsible for all operations of the Sensory Department, including sales and marketing, client contact, project management, protocol design and methods development, staff supervision and coaching, and cost control.  The Sensory Department handles a wide variety of client requests, including taste tests, fragrance evaluations, and home-use testing.  The Manager of Sensory Studies is a member of the Senior Management team and serves both as an advocate for the group and a liaison to the other operating groups.

DUTIES

Manage staff and ensure testing is carried out in a high-quality and cost-effective manner using appropriate methods.

Assure that the business needs of our clients are met.

Use expertise to identify and communicate appropriate test design to clients.

Responsible for training and development of both sensory and technical staff.

Responsible for expanding range of contacts within current clients; responsible for identifying and proposing a strategy for communicating with potential new clients.

QUALIFICATIONS

B.S. or above in relevant field, including but not limited to Biostatistics or Food Science.*Experience managing staff in complex, highly detailed environments

Experience in food industry is a plus.

Demonstrated competencies in project management and problem solving; excellent communication skills

QUALITY ASSURANCE

OVERVIEW

As a member of the Quality Assurance Team, the QA Reviewer provides an independent review of ongoing clinical study procedures, study records and study reports to assure compliance with Good Clinical Practice and ICH guidelines, North Cliff Consultants Standard Operating Procedures, and study protocols.

DUTIES

• Monitor study in progress
• Review study records and reports for compliance following completion of study
• Keep written record of monitor observations, and study record review findings
• Communicate findings to Clinical Study Coordinator, Report Writer and Management
• Assist with annual review of Clinical SOPs
• Willing to continue education in regulatory requirements

QUALIFICATIONS

• Excellent written communication skills
• Excellent Attention to detail
• Good Understanding of Good Clinical Practices guidelines and regulatory requirements
• Independent worker
• Flexibility in scheduling
• Minimum of 1 year work experience in QA work
• Research/science related work experience
• Hourly, annual bonus eligible

EXPERIENCE

• Experience in high detail environments
• Experience in high output environments
• Above average computer skills
• Market research experience a plus!

STUDY TECHNICIAN – PART-TIME

Provides professional interactions with consumers, to collect accurate data and feedback for our clients by following a protocol with great attention to detail.

The ability and comfort to work both independently and within a team to ensure the study is performed as described in the protocol or study write-up.

The ability to quickly learn tasks associated with a study and to perform them during the course of the study with a high degree of accuracy, focus and attention to detail.

A willingness to learn a variety of tasks, and the flexibility to perform different tasks on different days.

The ability to interact with both clients and panelists, in a professional and friendly manner.
